Have we made the best Hexa-board U-shape camper interior?

Hexa-board, phenolic board, buffalo board? Call it what you will but we think we’ve made the best U-Shape lounge/bed system for a small camper. Compared to what’s on the market our U-Shape is already leagues ahead. Now this is our first version we’ve made in hexa board. Hexa board has a tough, decorative finish, with, you’ve guessed it! An hexagonal pattern on the face. A smooth black finish on the back and a birch ply core. So it’s pretty good looking, strong and easily withstands camper van life. So why is ours the best? Simple, we don’t use computers to cut our kit, you may think that’s backwards logic in today’s world. But actually by cutting and assembling everything by hand we can create smaller gaps, tighter tolerances and a better fit. We assemble and scribe every piece of furniture in house. Made exactly to each vehicle. So any differences in flooring, carpet and components within the van can all be taken into consideration. We don’t make generic furniture. Each ‘kit’ is assembled using hidden fixings, biscuit joints and pocket holes. All the hallmarks of professional furniture construction. Not flat pack cheaply made kits with ugly joining blocks and loose cam style fittings which don’t line up. A computer cut kit has its limitations on how it can machine your furniture. Most cnc machines only cut from the top, operators are too lazy to then turn the pieces over so the machine has to make a pass through the material leaving holes on surfaces you didn’t want. Our staff are seasoned carpentry and joinery experts with over 35 years of individual experience. We think the furniture speaks for itself, contemporary design, raw edges highlighting the quality of materials used and exceptional fit and finish. We truly believe there isn’t anything that comes close.
