Running in the 90s, but it sounds like Sonic the Hedgehog

Remember that Sonic and Initial D crossover game where Sonic competed in an illegal street race? But then instead of using a car (or some kind of machine like Robotnik did), he just went on foot because he just knew that would be faster? Well unfortunately this game doesn't exist but if it did, I'm pretty sure the soundtrack would sound something like this :) Seriously, doesn't this track feel like it was written for Sonic?
