I was bored of eating rice, so I came up with the idea for Indian martabak curry sauce. Because in my area, Sarolangun, Jambi Regency, this dish is very popular. We break our fast almost every day with Indian martabak. Rather than buying it, I make it myself. Ingredients to be ground: 1 ounce of curly red chilies A handful of bird's eye chilies (if you like it spicy), if not, skip it 1 ounce of red onion 10 medium-sized cloves of garlic 2 finger-length ginger 2 finger-length turmeric A handful of pepper A handful of coriander Ingredients to be ground: Crushed lemongrass Crushed galangal 4 lime leaves Star anise, cinnamon, fennel Cloves, nutmeg to taste Curry powder to taste.
