Belagavi advocate Nitin Bolabandi said the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) has dismissed the petition filed against the cancellation of the Jai Kisan private market license located near Gandhi Nagar on the National Highway. Speaking at a press conference in Belagavi, he stated that the market management failed to approach the High Court within the stipulated 30 days and later moved KAT after a delay, leading to dismissal of the plea.
