The Conversations in the Country series presents the voices of artists whose work is produced by the National Theater in various Argentine provinces. Through a series of concise interviews, exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, and live performances, we open the doors of our theatrical factory: the Cervantes National Theater. Directed by Ariel Blasco, with a script by Pablo Longo, Rebe is reunited with her father on his birthday after years apart. He lives with Mariela, who cares for him as he is very ill, experiencing the early symptoms of Alzheimer's. Outside, it is raining, and Rebe carries within her an anguish accumulated over years. She returns to dispel a fog of pain caused by the family's rupture and to reconstruct a memory now threatened by oblivion. The show was produced in co-production with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Childhood, and the General Directorate of Schools of Mendoza.
