It definitely has western fitness exercise style-helping people improve flexibility, muscle strength in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and backs; while it has eastern ideology-coordination and balance between your body and mind such as yoga and Taichi. Therefore, if you adore eastern way of training your body and mind, if you wonder how to be still with strength and how to be active in stillness, try, and you will see! Instructions: 1.Two or three times a week for the starters; 2 months training for each course. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. ATTENTION: 1. If you have cardiopulmonary disease, hemopathy or angiopathy, please do not take the courses. 2. If you just injured or recovered from some diseases, please inquiry your doctor before you take the courses. 3. If you are pregnant or giving birth to your baby within one year, please choose our professional postpartum courses instead. 4. At the beginning of the training, you may suffer muscle soreness, especially to those who seldom do exercises, but it is normal. Please do not stop training.
