A city can only be taken by storm by a ministry if the visionary is well supported. Every great ministry needs quality people to carry the vision. No matter how anointed a leader is, if they are not well supported, their ministry will not be able to have a large-scale impact. A vision becomes great when it is supported by a team. When a leader is not well supported, it results in exhaustion, frustration, and isolation. When Moses led the people of Israel alone, it led to exhaustion, and God told him to choose 70 men to share the burden of the people with him. Elijah, despite being an anointed man of God, felt so alone that he asked God to take his life. Jesus Christ, our supreme leader, chose 12 apostles to walk with him and to continue his work after his passing. A leader cannot do everything alone. A good team shares the burden of the visionary, protects them, prevents burnout, and ensures the continuity of the mission. There are essential qualities that a team must possess around the leader, because simply being surrounded by others does not guarantee a good team. A good team must be composed of people who are saved, who fear God, who are faithful and regal. Its members must have a team spirit, humility, and the skills to ensure the progress of the work.
