(about 4 inches long with 1 inch thickness.) • Egg white: 4 eggs (135 g | 4.7 oz) • Granulated sugar: 125 g | 4.4 oz (1/4 US cup) • Egg yolk: 4 eggs • Cake flour or All-purpose flour: 120 g | 4.2 oz (1 US cup) • Powdered sugar: some ** For best results, measure ingredients with a scale.
