Asi es EL BARRIO MÁS POBRE DE HOUSTON

Houston is recognized as one of the richest cities in the United States, full of skyscrapers, luxury, and exclusive neighborhoods. But behind that image of prosperity lies another side that almost no one shows: Houston's poorest neighborhood. Worn-out streets, makeshift trailers, and families who, with great effort, try to get by day after day. In the midst of this environment, I met Nicolás, a man who opened the doors of his trailer and his life to me. Through laughter and sincere conversation, he showed me that, even when material conditions are difficult, the strength of his spirit is much greater. Nicolás is living proof that hope and the desire to excel do not disappear, even in the toughest circumstances. Visiting this place and sharing a moment with him was an experience that reminded me of something important: true wealth is not measured in money or luxuries, but in the ability to keep faith, joy, and the will to fight for a better future alive.
