The man accused of attempting to assassinate President Trump at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner will remain in federal custody after a detention hearing. Cole Tomas Allen's defense team presented no case for release ahead of trial. Prosecutors still attempted to enter evidence into the record, but the judge called the move “unprecedented” and denied it.
