Throughout the decade, adventure games would slowly start to grow in quality and complexity becoming more and more popular as time went on. In the early 90’s, the genre really started to hit its stride with innovative and higher budget titles like The Secret of Monkey Island, King’s Quest V, and The 7th Guest hitting store shelves. It was apparent that these types of games were here to stay, especially with PC players. The early 90’s also brought with it another title that would leave its mark on the genre. A title that would utilize Hollywood writers and Disney animators. A title known as The Adventures of Willy Beamish.
