DIY | SHAMPOING SOLIDE MAISON SLMI | Fortifiant, Brillance, Pousse

This is a homemade recipe to easily make a fortifying and smoothing solid shampoo, which also stimulates hair growth and fights dandruff. This shampoo does not contain any sulfate, any silicone or any other petrochimical product, and is a more healthy and ecological alternative to chemical shampoos. 🌿INGREDIENTS ○ Chickpea flour (8,3g) : rich in saponins, it naturally washes hair. This flour can simply be combined with water to make a simple but effective shampoo (even if it doesn't lather). ○ Neutral henna powder (5g) : strenghtens and smooths hair without coloring, helps reducing greasy hair and dandruff. ○ Kapoor kachli powder (3,3g) : thickens, smooths, detangles and stimulates hair growth. ○ French bamboo hydrolat - can be replaced with water (3,4g) : strenghtens hair. ○ The cider vinegar (3,4g) : closes hair cuticles, smooths, fights dandruff. ○ The surfactant SLMI (10g) : makes the shampoo lather. Made from coconut, it is less irritating than SCI (other surfactant widely used in homemade cosmetics recipes). 🌿BEFORE STARTING Before starting the recipe, make sure to desinfect all your utensils to avoid bacterial proliferation which is very important given than there is no preservative in this recipe. 🌿INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Use hot water first on the shampoo, then rub between hands to create a lather, or directly onto hair. Wash and rinse in the same way as a regular shampoo. Finally, I advise you to procede to a last acid rinse to close the hair cuticles : put 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar in 1L of water. 🤗 If you have any feedback, please let me know !
