In this study, it explains how great the role of a husband is in a wife's life, so that obedience and husband's pleasure are one of the main keys for a woman to reach heaven. This study invites wives to understand the rights and obligations in the household, as well as how to organize their hearts so that they can carry out their roles with full sincerity and patience. 1. The Main Basis: Husband is Paradise and Wife is Hell The Messenger of Allah said: “Pay attention to how you stand with your husband, because he is your paradise and your hell.” (HR. Ahmad) This hadith shows that a wife’s position in the hereafter depends greatly on how she treats her husband, as long as it is in matters of ma’ruf (goodness). 2. The Priority of Obedience of a Wife After marriage, a woman’s priority of obedience shifts to her husband. This is not a form of humiliation, but part of the Sharia to maintain household harmony. The Messenger of Allah said: “If I were allowed to order someone to prostrate to another person, I would order a wife to prostrate to her husband, because of the great right of the husband over her.” (HR. Tirmidhi) 3. Four Easy Keys to Enter Paradise for Women Maintaining the five daily prayers. Fasting in the month of Ramadan. Maintaining her honor (loyalty). Obeying her husband. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “If a woman prays five times a day, fasts during Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, it will be said to her: ‘Enter Paradise from whichever gate you wish.’” (Narrated by Ahmad) This hadith is good news that the path to Paradise for women is very clear and easy if followed sincerely. 4. Warning: The Reason for Many Women in Hell The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “I saw Hell and I saw that most of its inhabitants were women.” The companions asked, “Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?” He replied, “Because they often curse and deny the goodness of their husbands.” (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim) This is a warning for wives to guard their tongues and not forget the goodness of their husbands just because of a small mistake. 5. Patience and Gratitude in the Household Household life is not free from shortcomings. Allah says: “O you who believe! It is not lawful for you to inherit women by force, and do not make it difficult for them to take back some of what you have given them, unless they commit a clear indecency. And associate with them in a way that is just. Then if you dislike them, then be patient, for it may be that you dislike a thing, while Allah has made therein much good.” (QS.
