Floor Corker Tune Up
In this video, we are removing and re-installing the plastic jaws in a Portuguese floor corker. This process is the same as what you would do to replace the brass jaws in an Italian floor corker. If your floor corker is denting the corks badly or tearing up the corks, this video will help. Another solution in this video is related to the corker plunger being offset to one side and how to easily fix it. This occurs when the hole on the main pivot pin becomes slightly oval. If your corker is damaging corks, this is a great place to start.
