100 Kenyan Scholars To Study In Europe Annually As EU And Equity Group Foundation Sign Landmark Deal

The European Union (EU) and Equity Group Foundation (EGF) have signed a landmark partnership aimed at expanding global education opportunities for high-performing Kenyan scholars. Under the new agreement, 100 Equity scholars will be supported annually to pursue master's degree programs in leading European universities. The partnership seeks to strengthen human capital development, enhance international academic exposure, and create pathways for talented young Africans to access world-class education and research opportunities. The agreement was signed by EU Ambassador to Kenya Henriette Geiger and Equity Group Foundation Executive Chairman Dr. James Mwangi in Nairobi. The initiative builds on the success of the Equity Leaders Program (ELP), which has already facilitated admissions for over 1,200 scholars to top global universities.
