Even though my Nan never got to learn the joy of RAW VEGAN lifestyle, she was an amazing STRONG woman, working full time as a teacher and another full time as a Mum and a Nan. Every Summer she would carry 20-40kg of fruit and veg in her hands all the way from the market, multiple times to make all sorts of sweet and savory preserves for winter. She would spend hot summers in her tiny kitchen cooking, sterilizing, canning. I wish that I found out about RAW VEGAN lifestyle earlier, to make my Nan's and my Mum's lives easier, healthier and happier.
