In this episode, we take the ferry from Taşucu, Turkey 🇹🇷 to Cyprus 🇨🇾 leaving the mainland Turkey behind and staying on the island until the rest of the world gets a little warmer. Filo Denizcilik (https://www.filodenizcilik.net/?lang=en) They operate Night Ferry – the one we took this time. Important to Note for those who are considering to travel this route: 1. Taşucu – Girne route is the ONLY ROUTE they operate during the winter season. In summer, additional routes such as Anamur Girne or Mersin – Girne may be available. 2. If you plan to take the day ferry with a car, buy a ticket well in advance! The fast ferry has limited vehicle capacity (we heard around 10–20 cars max). 3. Expect possible cancellations!!! It can be very windy between Turkey and Cyprus, especially in winter.
