Función Consultiva de la PGR. Características de una Consulta Admisible

This presentation aims to outline, in a clear and concise manner, the requirements for admissibility of inquiries submitted to the Attorney General's Office. Based on the provisions of our Organic Law and the relevant administrative jurisprudence, the three admissibility requirements for inquiries are established, and the specifics of each are then explained and detailed. Two exceptional cases of inquiries with specific admissibility requirements are also addressed. Finally, a series of examples of admissible inquiries are presented to illustrate, in a practical way, compliance with the stated requirements.
