Each task of the “Listening” part consists of instructions, an audio recording of the text and questions or statements to the text and answer options. 2. Before completing, carefully listen and read the instructions for completing these tasks. 3. Before each new task, you will hear a sound signal. You will have enough time to familiarize yourself with the question. 4. You will listen to the audio recordings of the tasks twice. Listening takes 30 minutes of the total time allotted for the external assessment. It consists of three tasks of different levels of difficulty (from Elementary to Upper-Intermediate). The first task, respectively, is the easiest, and the last is the most difficult. In addition, in general, there are 3–5% of unfamiliar words in the listening, but they are usually not key to understanding or their meaning can be guessed from the context. Answers: Task 1: 1. A 2.
