Iran has even called on Jordanian citizens to urge the government to close all United States military facilities. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued this demand in an official statement on Wednesday (July 15). The IRGC accused the US base in Jordan of being used to launch attacks on Iranian territory, including a school in Minab. Therefore, Iran is urging the Jordanian people to urge the government to close all United States military facilities.
