HOW TO USE A TACTICAL WORKSHEET TO ORGANIZE THE FIREGROUND
A good incident commander must track the location and assignment of companies at all times during the incident. We do this by using a command board or "tactical worksheet." In this video I give a high level overview on how to use the command boards offered by CRF. I'll utilize a structure fire example to show how I would divide and organize the incident and how I would track it on our command board. If you haven’t already, join The Bay Floor online training community for the FULL LENGTH tutorial video that will give you an even better understanding of how to effectively use this tool. Plus you’ll get access to other resources and tons of great conversations. What is The Bay Floor?
