Doha Metro Gold Line Opens - Take the Metro to Villaggio or Souq Waqif! - Qatar Rail

Qatar Rail opened the Doha Metro Gold Line to the public officially on Thursday 21st of November 2019. Ultimate Freggle went on a ride with the metro in Qatar from al Wakra station to Villaggio for a special mission. The stations on the Doha Metro Gold Line are: Ras Bu Abboud Qatar National Museum Souq Waqif Msheireb (Change over between Gold and Red line here) Bin Mahmoud Al Sadd Joaan Al Sudan Al Waab Sports City Al Aziziyah The Doha Metro opening times are Saturdays to Thursday 06:00 - 23:00 Friday 14:00 - 23:00 Doha Metro ticket prices A single journey ticket costs 2 QR A day pass costs 6 QR A travel card costs 10 QR without any credit.
