The machine can efficiently clean crops like wheat, rice, barley, maize, pulses, and millets. This machine is designed to remove dust and large trash like pieces of stem, chaff, straw, mud balls, stones, weed seeds, seeds of other crops, deteriorated & damaged seeds, oversize and undersized seeds. The screen perforations are large enough to allow seeds to pass through the perforations readily while the larger inert material is scalped off over the screen. The Material is fed into the scalperator, where it is evenly distributed by a feed roller and through a control gate, it drops on a cylindrical perforated screen, where long bag twines, sticks, and straws are removed and the material with other light and comparatively smaller impurities underpass the cylindrical perforated screen. Before falling on the top screen, the material is subjected to the primary aspiration which drains off the dust, chaff, straw, and deceased grains. The top screen is the scalping screen, which separates the coarse impurities, after that the two rows of pre-screens separate oversize material, and the two rows of sand sieves separate undersize material and the sand. Cleaned material then again passes through an air sifter and aspirator where remaining light particles are sucked off by a strong upward draught of air. The final product is collected separately through discharge chutes. The machine is available in two variants. MAXIMO-50 with SCALPERATOR and MAXIMO-50 with SHAKING FEEDER.
