The video is a live stream done while performing a diagnostic wax up for a mandibular anterior region. The patient has 31 & 32 missing, but space is limited and it was planned to have just one pontic. An earlier attempt at implant placement failed and the patient is now not willing to try again. They are now seeking a tooth supported bridge for the missing teeth. It was planned to do two diagnostic wax ups, one with single pontic and another one with double. With this wax up it is very clear that double pontic would make the situation less natural, as the pontics have to share that limited space and may look too small and very different in size than the abutment teeth. Hence after this wax up had been completed, it was decided that only pontic will be fabricated for the bridge.
