SECURITY ohne QUALIFIKATION? (IHK-Unterrichtung § 34a GewO)

In this post, I'd like to discuss the phenomenon that apparently still exists among security companies that hire employees without the minimum qualification (the Chamber of Industry and Commerce training according to Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)) to perform security duties. How is this possible? What is the background to the Chamber of Industry and Commerce training? What exceptions are there? My answers to these questions are in this video.
