It was so frustrating to get home with it and have issues immediately. If it wasn't such a great looking car I would have been even more frustrated. I could at least look at it in the shop, which made me happy. I decided to order the few things that it needed and at least make it drivable. All it needed or so I thought was a Carb rebuild and a brake cylinder. After getting it all apart, I noticed it also needed a fuel pump. I installed a rebuilt carb that a local guy rebuilt. I put on a new fuel pump and replaced the rear wheel cylinder. All this was exactly what it needed. It is now running. While I still don't love the brakes I will change to a disc conversion down the road. Words can not describe how exciting it is to have the 55 Chevy on the road.
