I asked Ning for a haircut & shave. I asked him to trim my beard. I gave him total freedom, except for two rules -- keep the top long and to make me into a handsome Thai hippy man. He happily agreed, said "My Design!" -- and did an amazing job. This man is an artist, and you can't rush art.
