🍓 Maline u sopstvenom soku za zimu | Bez konzervansa i bez zamrzavanja

Maline za zimu – pasterizovane u teglama 🍓 Jednostavan način da sačuvate ukus i miris svežih malina za zimu. Uz malo šećera i pasterizaciju, dobićete predivne maline koje možete koristiti za kolače, torte, palačinke ili kao dodatak omiljenim desertima. Potrebno je: 2 kg malina 600 g šećera Priprema: U veću posudu stavite tanak sloj šećera, zatim red malina. Nastavite da ređate red šećera pa red malina dok ne utrošite sve sastojke. Ostavite da odstoji 1 sat kako bi maline pustile svoj prirodni sok. Čiste i potpuno suve tegle napunite malinama do vrha. Prelijte ih sokom koji su maline pustile. Tegle poklopite, ali ih nemojte potpuno zatvarati. Poređajte tegle u veći sud obložen krpom i nalijte vodu tako da dopire do visine tegli. Stavite na šporet i zagrevajte. Kada voda provri, počnite da merite vreme i pasterizujte 40 minuta od početka ključanja. Nakon 30 minuta pasterizacije, pažljivo otvorite tegle koje nisu pune i dopunite ih malinama iz tegli u kojima je ostalo viška sadržaja. Ponovo ih lagano poklopite. Po isteku ukupno 40 minuta pasterizacije, pažljivo izvadite tegle i odmah ih dobro zatvorite. Okrenite tegle naopako, umotajte ih u ćebe ili deblju tkaninu i ostavite da se potpuno ohlade. Čuvajte na tamnom i hladnom mestu. Prijatno i uspešno zimnica! 🍓❤️ Preserved Raspberries for Winter 🍓 A simple and traditional way to preserve the fresh taste and aroma of raspberries for the winter. These sweet, juicy raspberries are perfect for cakes, desserts, pancakes, or simply enjoyed on their own. Ingredients: 2 kg (4.4 lb) raspberries 600 g (3 cups) sugar Instructions: In a large bowl, place a thin layer of sugar, followed by a layer of raspberries. Continue alternating layers of sugar and raspberries until all the ingredients are used. Let the mixture stand for 1 hour so the raspberries can release their natural juices. Fill clean and completely dry jars with the raspberries, packing them to the top. Pour the released raspberry juice evenly into the jars. Place the lids on the jars, but do not tighten them completely. Arrange the jars in a large pot lined with a kitchen towel. Add water until it reaches about the level of the jars. Bring the water to a boil. Once it starts boiling, begin timing and pasteurize for 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, carefully open the jars that are no longer full and top them up with raspberries from jars that have extra fruit. Place the lids back on loosely. After the full 40 minutes of pasteurization, remove the jars carefully and tighten the lids immediately. Turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a blanket or thick towel. Leave them to cool completely. Store in a cool, dark place. Enjoy the taste of summer all year round! 🍓❤️
