His classmates included Oriental Radio, Trendy Angel, Hannya, and Fruit Punch. After giving up on the path to comedy, he joined Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd. as a part-timer. He achieved the fastest rise through the ranks in the company's history, becoming the planning manager for 100 stores and the head of Western Japan, overseeing 500 subordinates, before leaving with the intention of starting his own business. Seeing Southeast Asia as his next destination, he embarked on his first solo trip abroad. He felt a sense of potential in Cambodia, and instead of returning to Japan, he settled there. Deceived by a local Japanese person he met for the first time, he became penniless and nearly died, but he managed to establish a travel company in Cambodia. He planned his own tours and brought 432 Japanese people to Cambodia. There, he noticed the decline in assertiveness among Japanese men. This prompted him to return to Japan and, with the goal of increasing the number of confident and vibrant Japanese men, he founded Bright for Men, a school for men focused on self-improvement, dating, and marriage. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 0:00 Introduction 4:07 ① Focus on understanding the whole picture rather than the detailed steps 9:10 ② Be able to say "I don't understand" when you don't understand something 16:38 ③ Input for output 21:06 ④ Be able to analyze why something didn't work after you've failed 27:35 ⑤ Most importantly, learn by doing 34:51 Summary & Bonus Information
