The Last Of Her Kind: Can We Get This 1970's Double Decker Bus Roadworthy?
Hello 👋🏻 This is the second of three videos where we look at the bus preservation and what's involved in looking after vintage buses. The first one highlighted how long it takes to clean an old bus, this one we look at the start of a journey to get TFN980T back on the road. TFN is the last Willowbrook bodied Bristol VR left with a roof and one of only two in the UK. See behind the scenes at Southern Counties Omnibus Collection as we start rejuvenating this old bus and getting her ready for her first show in September 2026. I hope you're enjoying these behind the scenes videos of bus preservation. I think it's always nice to see the reality of owning an old bus. Sometimes you have success and sometimes you don't. TFN's story doesn't end here though as she will be having a refurbishment which will later feature a paint up and the interior being tidied up. She's also due to receive and Invicta Radio wrap around advert too. If you do enjoy the video please like, hype and share it. Don't forget to subscribe to the channel so you don't miss my future releases. If you'd like to support our buses please hit the SUPER THANKS button. Thanks for watching.
