Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel on the fantasy bra she'll wear at the annual fashion show

(6 Nov 2013) VICTORIA'S SECRET UNVEILS $10 MILLION ROYAL FANTASY BRA South African model Candice Swanepoel gets the top honor this year at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She will wear the $10 million (USD) Royal Fantasy Bra at the annual event held next week in New York. Swanepoel gave the media a first look at the bra on Wednesday (06 NOV 2013) at the Victoria's Secret flagship store in midtown Manhattan. "They are looking at the Royal Fantasy Bra designed by Mouawad especially for Victoria's Secret," said Swanepoel. "This is a 52-carat ruby and then the rest of the bra is yellow and blue sapphires, diamonds, and they're all set in an 18-carat gold bra." The bra features more than 4,200 precious gems, which makes it a little heavier than the typical lingerie Swanepoel makes a living modeling. "I've tried it on once and it feels amazing," she said. "I feel like a queen when I put it on. But it's especially molded on my body so it fits like a glove. It's a little heavy, but because it's molded to me it just feels, it feels amazing!" Swanepoel will open the Victoria's Secret Fashion show this year wearing the bra and admitted she's a little more nervous than usual. "Because it's such an honor to wear, you really want to, I want to make sure that my walk and everything is perfect on the night," she said. "I'm usually a little nervous to trip, so I will be extremely nervous on the night." The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show tapes on Nov. 13 in New York and airs Dec. 10 on CBS.
