Kasbah Agadir Oufella: the best view over Agadir

If you visit Agadir, one place you cannot miss is Kasbah Agadir Oufella, the old fortress located on the hill overlooking the city, the Atlantic Ocean and the long beach of Agadir. 🏰🌊 This historic site was originally built in the 16th century and, although much of it was damaged by the 1960 earthquake, today it remains one of the most symbolic places in the city. The easiest and most scenic way is by taking the Agadir Cable Car, which connects the lower station near the city to the Kasbah area. The ride takes around 7 to 14 minutes and gives amazing aerial views of the bay, marina and mountains.
