The band off of Lake Erie has led to heavy snowfall, reduced visibilites, and drifting snow. Traffic on i-90 from Dunkirk to south of Buffalo has come to a halt due to the snow. Semis can be seen stuck and unable to move, as well as cars being pushed out of the roadways. Lake Effect snow warnings remain in effect for the area through early Wednesday.
