Brel, Brassens, Ferré : La rencontre

The meeting between Léo Ferré, Georges Brassens, and Jacques Brel took place in Paris on January 6, 1969, and was immortalized by a now-famous photograph by Jean-Pierre Leloir. An exceptional interview with these three artists was conducted by François-René Christiani. The audio recording of this meeting, along with two hundred other photographs, was rediscovered by the film's producer. The singers discuss their status as artists, the difficulty of songwriting, and their relationships with money, death, and the public. This encounter is placed in the context of the artistic and personal journeys of these three legendary figures.
