While the most common routes from Kansai to Oita are the Shinkansen and plane, ferries offer a fun, affordable, and comfortable way to travel. In terms of price alone, bullet ferries and trains using the Seishun 18 Ticket or low-cost carriers (LCCs) plus trains and buses may be cheaper, but the ferry we're introducing today offers a comfortable route that includes accommodation!
