I wanted to do a cutesy kind of look because it has been a while and I haven't done one like this :) I've always thought that downward puppy shaped eyes are so cute! While playing around with the look I realized that it is just like the dolly eye makeup style especially with the circle lenses. Hope you all enjoy!
