Summer Solstice set 🌞✨ ☀️ Happy Solstice, friends ☀️ This set was a special one for me. It had been nearly a year since I’d DJ’d last. Since I’d started feeling burned out and uninspired by music. #quitSpotify The essence of good DJing is timing. When to bring the next song in. When to create tension. When to release it. And when to take a pause. I had been afraid to take a break from DJing. But coming back to it fresh, with none of the pressures or expectations of playing in a club, was so incredibly freeing.
