Jurong Town Hall Bus Interchange (Launch Day)

The Jurong Town Hall Bus Interchange opened on 26 November 2023, which serves as the new terminating point for Bus Services 78 and 160. Additionally, a new bus service 870 was introduced on the same day to provide a new connection to the Tengah estate. The nature of the new bus interchange is similar to that of the Tampines Concourse and Compassvale bus interchanges. Located in close proximity to the main bus interchange and MRT station, these relatively smaller scale bus interchanges aims to reduce the load from the main bus interchanges which are already running at full capacity. Despite being served by only a handful of bus routes, these interchanges are still equipped with ample facilities that can also be found at larger interchanges. This short video aims to showcase a brief perspective of the bus interchange, as well as several buses arriving and departing from the respective berths.
