Lessons of the Loess Plateau
This is the first broadcast film I made about the Loess Plateau Watershed Rehabilitation Project. This vast development project was implemented by millions of Chinese People, funded by a revolving development load from the World Bank and managed by several ministries of the Chinese Government. There have been several other films including "Hope in a Changing Climate" that broadcasted on the BBC in 2009, and "Green Gold - Re-greening the Desert", VPRO Dutch Television in 2012.
