In a saucepan, mix the water, strawberry gelatin, and cornstarch until completely dissolved. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and a firm cream forms. 3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish or mold and let cool until firm. 4. Prepare the pineapple layer in the same way: mix the water, pineapple gelatin, and cornstarch, cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. 5. Carefully pour the pineapple layer over the already firm strawberry layer. 6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jam is very firm. 7.
