He then double's down on his claim that Suge's dirty cops put out the rumor that his crew killed Biggie--a notion that he still denies. Later in the clip, Keefe D weighs in on the rumor about a deceased gang member named Poochie being Biggie's Killer. To that, Keefe D states his belief that the cops killed Biggie.
