Stainless Steel Wet Tumbling Process w/223 Brass-Frankford Arsenal Rotary Tumbler
In this video I go through the process of wet tumbling brass in order to clean it and prepare it for loading. I cover the following: -Amount of brass and pins in one standard large tumbler drum -Mixing ratios of cleaning agents (1/4 to 3/4 tsp lemishine, depending on condition of brass and how hard the water is), dish detergent, and ArmorAll Wash & Wax (when used in place of the dish detergent for a second shorter cleaning cycle, the Wash & Wax achieves the best shine, as well as leaves a micro-layer of wax to prevent cases from tarnishing. This also allows for smoother loading of the cases, as well as enhanced reliability when feeding.) -Duration of cleaning cycles -Removing pins from brass once tumbling is complete -Drying of cases when cleaned #Reloading DISCLAIMER: This is simply an overview of what I do in preparing my brass. There are many different ways of cleaning brass, I am not saying my process is the be-all-end-all. Follow safe reloading and brass prep practices, and understand that you do it all at your own risk.
