His career combines stage experience with the management of large projects: • Origins in Samba: He began his musical journey in the traditional São Vicente group Porte Médio (of the late Sã), excelling on the rebolo (cut tantã drum). He went on to form and assemble several groups, with Da Cor Da Raça (alongside his lifelong friend Gil) being his last work in bands. • Social & Cultural Projects: Creator of the transformative Projeto Samba da Velha, an initiative that generated connections and collaborations with stalwarts such as Chapinha, Vó Suzana, and the guys from Quinteto. • Production and Leadership: Head of Licalefer - Promotions and Events, creator of FECOM (Pagode and Swing Festival, with 1 LP and 4 CDs produced), Founder and President of LIBESA and the Carnaval da Família da PG. • Activism and Communication: President of COMPIR PG (Council of the Black Community of Praia Grande) and the NGO RANEL (Black Roots on the Coast). He is also a radio broadcaster trained by SENAC and a music producer for projects such as Praia do Sambista, Samba na Conversa, and Melhor da Festa. 👤 Regis, the evening's special guest, brings all his sensitivity and mastery with the strings.
