This video shows you the 7-in-1 Fast frames set and how to prepare them for sewing. Since there are so many uses for the Fast frames we will discuss from frequently used items for them and how to set them up. First select which frame is best for your embroidery job. Remember to be sure that there is proper clearance for the arm in the middle that houses the bobbin case housing. Once you’ve determined which will fit best you can cut a piece of sticky backing to the appropriate size and then score the back corner on the waxy side with a needle to separate the adhesive side (the part you keep) from the underside. If the item is larger or a bit heavier it is recommended to double up on the sticky backing. Although this will not make it stickier by adding the second piece, it will add strength to the peel and stick backing so that the fast frame and the backing will hold the weight of the garment. Once the peel and stick backing is applied, simply attach the frame t the “U” bracket. Make sure you assemble it right side up with the adhesive facing up.
