Hero Disarms Monterey Park Shooter (Gracie Breakdown)

Monterey Park Hero! Brandon Tsay is a hero. Having never held a gun in his life, he engaged with the Monterey Park Shooter (who had just killed 11 people at a different dance studio) and was able to take control of the weapon and prevent even more senseless killing.
