A weekly chance for a catch up and pleasant polite respectful chat and debate and discussion among Celtic fans and football fans where everyone's opinion is equally valid and equally valued Lots of things to talk about such as Celtic are now almost 2 weeks into pre-season but 1+1 new players signed but also no players have left since pre-season started and lots and lots of rumours and unsubstantiated stories of ins and outs however No one played particularly well in the 1-1 draw with Shelbourne in the friendly but what were our thoughts of the game and performances Could the addition of Ross Grant from Hearts be a key coaching addition given that he is a specialist set piece coach and tactics/game analyst which have been 2 areas where Celtic have been deficient in the past few seasons Maeda appears to be indicating he may stay rather than leave this summer and uncertainty over Nygren and Hatate and Engels and rumours regarding Johnston Celtic have not as yet extended a new contract to Iheanacho which suggests possibly O'Neill is not convinced that he fits his plans or is it that the contract demands are too excessive (which is consistent with what he was getting at previous clubs where he was on very high weekly wages) What are the priority positions or does that depend on who decides to stay and go and at the moment O'Neill and his scouting team appear (according to the rumours and gossip from various supposed experts) seems to be looking for a goalie and a CB and a CM or and also a wide player and an AM and a striker Do Celtic have the quality to simply replace some of the gaps with existing players such as Nawrocki and Paulo Bernardo and Osmand What are realistic expectations of season 2026/27 and is a double or treble to be expected and how far in UCL or UEL would be a success The topics are nearly endless and very largely shaped and guided by you the viewers 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up?
