El Programa para Incrementar la Competitividad del Sector Azucarero (PROICSA) es un Programa integral de fomento y promoción de la competitividad del sector azucarero del NOA. Brinda servicios, entre otros, de asistencia técnica sobre fertilización y su aplicación eficiente en el cañaveral para aumentar así su productividad: detectar carencias de nitrógeno, condiciones de aplicación, tipos de suelos, dosis y formas de aplicación, calibración a pequeños productores cañeros de las provincias de Tucumán y Jujuy. http://www.proicsa.gov.ar
