Jesus, os Fariseus e o Judaísmo

From the beginning of His public life, the Pharisees sought to turn the Jewish people against Him. The Pharisees knew that He fulfilled all the requirements to be the Messiah. All the prophecies were fulfilled in Him. But even so, they fought against Him. Because He did not come to enslave the Gentiles. He did not come to establish an earthly paradise. He did not come to institute a universal Jewish Empire. And that is why they persecuted Him. And Christ continued His mission - until the moment His hour had come. On Palm Sunday He entered Jerusalem and declared war on the Pharisees. He drove the money changers and merchants out of the Temple with whips. His sermons during Holy Week are relentless, rebuking the Jews. Today at 8 PM I will be doing a live stream commenting on the prophecies that prove that Christ is the Messiah, and then analyzing some of His sermons.
