Subtitles: 1 You can install your tileable insulating screed floor construction yourself: 2 Cut open the bag and look for the additives. 3 Add the additives to the 5 to 5,5 liters of water. 4 Pour the full bucket of water with additives into a mixing tub or concrete mixer. 5 Pour the entire bag of tileable insulation tape into the tub. 6 Mix until you come out with a wet even mortar. Mix long enough for good adhesion and compressive strength. 7 Divide the tileable insulating sheet into the Staenis grid. 8 Rub the tileable insulation sheet nice and flat. 9 Allow the insulation tape to dry. 10 After drying it is possible to slightly remove the unevenness. 11 Clean the surface by sweeping / vacuuming. 12 Apply a primer for cementitious absorbent surfaces. The primer can optionally be diluted with water. 13 Prepare the tile adhesive. 14 Always add the correct amount of water to the adhesive. 15 If necessary, level the substrate further with tile adhesive. 16 Drag back onto the slats of the Staenis grid. 17 Prepare a liquid cement paste from 1 part sand and 1 part cement + water. 18 Pour the cement paste over the surface and flatten it. 19 Drag back onto the slats of the Staenis grid. 20 This extra leveling layer ensures that the tile work will float better. 21 Create tile adhesive to tile. 22 Apply the tile adhesive and place the tiles.
