Self Defense Seminar at Sensei Nick's Dojo

Here are a few clips from the self defense seminar we put on at Team Karate Academy with Sensei Nick. Sensei Nick was gracious enough to invite us out and let us work with his students. We had the opportunity to spend some time and pass on some knowledge, and a little bit of a different perspective, to a group of very passionate students. Some of these young people will be the teachers of the future and it was an honor to have a hand in guiding them along the path, even if it was only for a moment. We covered some basic striking, throws, and gorundwork, all from the philosophy that a win is defined as making it home safely with your family.
